The negative reviews from the critics betray the fact that none of the critics really "get" what the Turtles are about characteristically. The movie absolutely *nails* Raph and Leo's relationship, and brings it to exactly the kind of climax any proper old-school Turtles fan will appreciate.
Hey, besides the fact that the guys who made this film actually know what's cool about the Turtles, it has good voice acting, great action, and nice CG animation.
