Review of Titus (1999) by Phil K — 14 Dec 2007
The acting in this movie was insanely good, bringing Shakespeare to incredible life, and it was visually gorgeous as well--in particular I loved the costumes, a fantastic mix of 40s and historical Roman and other elements.
It was of course also incredibly violent (mmm, human pie). But I would highly recommend it.
