Review of Titanic (1997) by Bert C — 02 Feb 2014
It's one of the most overrated movies for a movie released in it's time. It's very melodramatic but it's also very well made and the story is build up in a way that makes you care for the characters.
Cameron succeeded to make the ship's setting feel as a place full of life. The screenplay is often lacking in believable dialogue and actions but the cinematography, editing, sound and production design is one of the best I've ever seen.
