Review of Titan A.E. (2000) by Bryan K — 11 Apr 2011
Not a bad animated feature for what it is, consisting of better-than-you-expect dialogue, a good voice cast, a rock-music soundtrack, a large amount of CGI visuals, and a descent futuristic/apocalyptic story.
Probably Don Bluth's only animated feature primarily aimed at the teen-adult audience. I'd put it on the same level of an animated feature like "Batman: Mask of the Phantasm." Dated, in terms of its technology and rock soundtrack, but still pretty cool.
Bluth and co-director Gary Goldman's last film.
