This review is based on what I remember of this film as a kid. Some of the jokes I still laugh at to this day, especially "Skunknaphobia" and Plucky's entire road trip with Hampton to Happy World Land.
"ALL WE DID WAS RIDE THE STUPID MONORAIL!!!".
Hehe. I laughed even when I wrote that. I oughta watch it again.
