I liked it until about the 45 minute mark, when Lena's character had her little spoiled temper tantrum. The film was well made, but there weren't very many likeable characters. I don't know that I liked any of them, really.
Except the mom. Being a parent myself, I'm really sensitive to that spoiled entitled mentality in kids. I sympathized with the mom when Lena's character let her friend drink all the wine and eat all the frozen dinners.
That would have really pissed me off. Okay, so you don't want to be a hostess. Well, do it for awhile and pull your weight until you find something you like better. Everybody's got to pay their dues.
