A slow moving, but nonetheless taut and intriguing thriller. Gary oldman turns in a fantastic performance, as do all the supporting cast, especially Benedict Cumberbatch, John Hurt and Tom Hardy. The rest don't seem to receive enough screen-time to really showcase their talents, especially Mark Strong and Colin Firth.
I wish more time had been spent exploring the circus so there was more anticipation towards the end. Otherwise, a very very good watch.
