Tinker Tailer Soldier Spy, is a thrilling mystery drama about hunting down a mole within the British Secret Service (MI-6). Smiley (Gary Oldman) leads a small group of his men seeking out the mole. All the british actors in this film are fantastic! I am a huge fan of them all.
Aside from Oldman the film stars: Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Hardy, Toby Jones, Mark Strong, Ciarán Hinds, and Colin Firth. The film is very tense like a taught string. At the end, the string breaks and the mole is shockingly reviled.
In the back of my head I was suspecting the mole to be this man all along. One of the cons of the movie is that it is very, very, very complicated. You have to really think about whats going on. Things can get confiding.
The pros are: it is well written, very well acted, great score, and has allot of suspense. Also, the film is very professionally well shot. Every shot is so precise and well made. Defiantly a must see if you like story driven films.
