Zarina, the newest fairy in the franchise, is surprisingly uninteresting, but The Pirate Fairy is still managed to throw pixie dust at another top notch installment in the always stellar Tinkerbell franchise with Mae Whitman once again gives a fantastic voice work and a young Captain Hook perfectly casted by Tom Hiddleston.
