A fascinating documentary about an inventor's obsession to recreate the extraordinary, life-like art of Vermeer. I was left 90% convinced that this is the technique Vermeer must have used himself, 350 years ago.
It's almost unbelievable the lengths Tim goes to (and the time and money he spends!) as he painstakingly creates the tools and exact conditions, to paint his very own Vermeer.
