Review of TiMER (2009) by Karl D — 30 Jun 2010
A very cute movie about love - and what it really means to hunt for it. In this movie, love has been boiled down to a science, placed in a little stopwatch on your wrist that will beep when you make contact with your soulmate after it 'zero's out' or hits zero - which can take anywhere from a minute after implant to a number of years. Our heroine has a blank timer - meaning, her man hasn't gotten his just yet.
This movie has lovely characters and shows real emotion, even given the obviously absurd premise. See if, if you like a decent rom com with well developed interactions and good screen chemistry. Also keep your eye out for the tiny role played by Muse Watson!
