A Nice Sci-Fi/Action/Political Thriller Based On The Comic Book Of The Same Name. The Film Has A Great Plot, Decent Script, Some Nice Special Effects. As A Political Thriller It's Sadly Basic And Fails But As A Sci-Fi Action Flick It Excels.
Although The Plot May Be Out-Dated It's Still A Fun Entertaining Action Flick, Which Features A Great Performance From Jean-Claude Van Damme.
