I would rate this as Van Dammes best movie. He plays a time enforcement officer whose job it is to prevent people travelling back in time to change events which would affect the present. It can get a bit confusing as the present changes throughout the film, sometimes he is friends with someone and sometimes not, although he is always the same character.
A cross between Back to the Future and Terminator although not as good as either of those two classics.
