Review of Time to Leave (2005) by Mark S — 31 Jul 2007
This film deals with cancer without all the cameraderie and tear-jerking bull shit you would expect. The prinicpal character is a self-obsessed arse-hole who is forced to make peace with the family he has little regard for.
An excellent supporting performance from Jeanne Moreau reveals the emotional heart of the film and the central character played by Melvil Poupaud.
