Review of Time of the Gypsies (1988) by Martin T — 13 Sep 2010
One of the best movies I have seen ever. Heartwarming and heartbreaking, fascinating, musical and magical, at times gut-bustingly funny. Supported by a remarkable cast of personalities, at the center of which is Perhan.
He's the most compelling character I've seen in a long time, and watching him develop throughout the film is a cinematic experience as fulfilling as any other.
