Review of Time Bandits (1981) by Mathew G — 17 Aug 2008
A landmark movie this one. Completely off it´s head, and thoroughly enjoyable. The time travel is very good but I really enjoyed their travels through the time of legends. The giant rising out of the water and crushing the creature/farmer, his crying child and moaning wife in one fell swoop with his massive foot! David Warner in fine form as Evil.
Ralph Richardson, a business-like God. I will never tire of this film.
