Practical and homemade effects are clever and the sets are nice to look at... it's what is to be expected from a Terry Gilliam flick....but little to no character building is in my opinion is the films weak point.
...I never came to care for the characters.. just got the only message the movie beating my head over and over again is that we have become so dependant on technology that it's "Evil"...still its an OK flick not the best Terry Gilliam film.
.but its ok.
