As a fan of Monty Python and the Holy Grail, I thought that I would enjoy this film. I was wrong. Time Bandits was so bad that even Sean Connery couldn't save it. I can not understand how so many people can like this ridiculous film. It's just a boring plot strung together by goofy silly moments that aren't even funny.
The special effects were well done, considering the time period that this film was produced.
The DVD did not have any captioning or subtitles. They might have helped, due to the fact that the majority of the actors were British. At times the dialogue was difficult to understand.
