It's been about 25 years so overdue for reappraisal. So happy that my pre-teen brain hadn't dreamt the whole preposterous thing up. For such a ludicrous premise the script is surprisingly tight.
The acting top notch. It's exciting. Funny. Romantic. I wanna believe this is actually what happened. History should be this much fun.
