Review of Time After Time (1979) by David H — 19 Aug 2008
You know what the problem is with cult films? Its usually a love or hate deal.
Well, this ones a fun little time traveling romp as H.G. Wells chases Jack the Ripper through 1979 San Fransisco, and surprisingly enough, despite having all the characteristics of a fish out of water comedy, its not. Its interesting to watch H.G. and Jack discover this brave new world, one so startled at what its become, the other realizing that it is more his home than the time he had been born in.
