After the first viewing I didn't know what to think. I was a little confused and let down. However, after listening to the commentary and getting a little more insight into the whole story it really did help to appreciate it quite a bit more.
Definitely not for an audience that enjoys typical movies. It's always nice to know that Gilliam will give you something you've never seen before. Sometimes it just isn't exactly what we wanted.
