Review of Tickets (2005) by Lilian W — 31 Aug 2010
Very soft, very tense, very kind and funny. Three different segments by three different directors all taking place on one train. To my surprise, I didn't really like Kiarostami's segment, but Olmi's and Loach's totally made up for it.
On a personal note, this brought back fond memories of my trip on a very similar train :)). I remembered it all, the exhaustion, the worries but most of all, the excitement of crossing Europe :)).
