Amazing. Lucas's first and, in my opinion, best film. This futuristic vision makes other sci-fi films look bland. Kubrickian in so many aspects, but with a grittiness that can only come from Lucas.
This movie has a voice that his later films just lacked. Oh, and a car chase that would have made Spielberg wet his pants.
