Review of Thunderheart (1992) by Justin C — 12 Mar 2009
Val Kilmer is outstanding in this film about a part Sioux FBI agent sent to investigate a murder on an Oglala Sioux reservation. Initially dimissive of his Sioux heritage, he grows increasingly sympathetic to the locals and eventually uncovers a government cover-up.
Graham Greene is great as the local cop, and there's a strong supporting cast.
