No redeeming features whatsoever. Jonathan Frakes has the opposite of a Midas touch: this should have been at least watchable. In fact it's in the running for the prize for Worst Film Ever Made. Unbelievable.
Somebody paid money to make this. Update: Sophie Myles (Lady Penelope) is brilliant in the Doctor Who episode 'The Girl In The Fireplace'. But even she can't rescue this.
