Poor. Loved the TV series as a kid, but this movie would have been bad even without the disappointment of that comparison. Meant for kids (I guess that's why Vanessa Hudgens is in it), it seems, but even they might find this empty. Dull, unimaginative. Even the CGI is fairly weak.
The presence of Bill Paxton should tell you this is going to be crap. Ben Kingsley really needs to choose his roles better. The only redeeming quality of the entire movie is the presence of the stunningly beautiful Sophia Myles, as Lady Penelope. And she can act too...
