Review of Thunderbirds (2004) by Beau M — 18 Jan 2005
The movie is awesome. What appalls me is the fact that all of these professional critcs who've dismissed Thunderbirds as a kids' movie. Considering that the show was aimed at kids as well, I think they've got no reason to complain.
Of course, it wasn't without its flaws: the casting was atrocious (with the exception of Anthony Edwards and Ben Kingley); the plot was too simplistic, and at times the dialouge was rather corny, if you will.
Despite these flaws however, I found rather enjoyable movie, worthy of an 8 out of 10.
