Review of Thunderball (1965) by Andrew U — 25 Mar 2016
Thunderball seems better in retrospect than it actually is. At times the plot is slow-moving to the point of boredom and besides the eye-patch, Largo is a forgettable antagonist, an important ingredient in a Bond movie.
But if only to watch Sean Connery own the character of James Bond and to join him on another adventure, Thunderball is a great watch.
