It's another bad hulk hogan movie...except this one has a catchy theme song to go with it...and is actually enjoyable to a point. enough folks found it enjoyable enough for them to make a tv series out of this film.
..as well as tack on a few sequels. overall, it's not a bad action movie and worth a look.
