This is basically Night Boat with Hulk Hogan and some two-bit sidekick, plus Charlotte Rae from the Facts of Life. It's a two-bit made for TV action movie, and it was kind of entertaining in a very lame way.
Now the Hulkster spends most of his time and energy fighting bad publicity and his family.
