Review of Thumbsucker (2005) by Derek W — 20 Oct 2007
A fantastic, bittersweet, coming of age debut that has one helluva ensemble cast for an independent film...the direction is crafty and Lou Pucci (the lead) is a pleasant surprise amongst many strong performances.
..I even enjoyed Keanu's mockery of himself...it's nice to see him not take himself so seriously, but alas it's just a footnote amongst the undeniable charm that this film carries.
