It didn't live up to my expectations. The story lent itself to a very a clear chronological journey, but it ended up being kind of erratic instead. Other than that, I can't pinpoint exactly what it was that made it bland - just didn't do anything for me.
Lead actor's portrayal of a skeevy dive into the ill effects of Ritalin was pretty good though.
