Review of Thumbsucker (2005) by Reese I — 26 Sep 2007
Something to be admired. This, like Garden State, Green Street Hooligans, and the like are a genre of growing up and finding yourself. I love this movie for its rather mellow presentation and interesting characters.
They seem so real because they're based off the original author's life and Mike Mills really captures this.
