Review of Thumbsucker (2005) by Niall O — 13 Feb 2008
Certainly not 100% convinced by this but enjoyed it more than I didn't. The start never really grabbed me although I did fond myself becoming involved as the film progressed ... but then found myself drifting away towards the end.
Suspect there was meant to be some psychological/philosophical subtext through some of the characters but I never got it ... but wasn't it nice to see Ted Theodore Logan settled down into a good career although clearly via college and the discovery of pot.
Nice Soundtrack.
