Review of Thumbsucker (2005) by Sarah-Louise R — 25 Aug 2008
Miranda July-meets-Diablo Cody. Endearing, even if some of the psychedelic cut-away scenes are a little precious. Keanu Reeves is amazing (yes!!) in his role as a new-age orthodontist. The cast on the whole is great, and the wonderful music is almost entirely polyphonic spree and elliot smith.
