Reasonably realistic "awkward teen" Mumblecore about a 16 year old dweeb who can't stop sucking his thumb. A host of stars queue up to provide praise-worthy "indie cameos", ranging from the impressive (Vince Vaughn) to the regrettably wooden (Keanu Reeves, wouldja believe?).
Sags near the end but worth a watch.
