Undoubtedly a very good Shakespeare adaptation. As with most of Kurosawa's films, shot and directed beautifully with incredibly intense war scenes. At the same time, one of my least favorite of Kurosawa's films.
It's definitely worth a watch, I just don't see it as on par with some of his other work.
