The inventiveness of the story that George Miller portrayed in this movie is unlikely to win him new followers.

I mean, I won't say it wasn't made for all audiences, because frankly I'd be lying, but that in no way means it's complicated or hard to digest, but it certainly doesn't seek to appeal to the masses and that's okay. Well maybe not quite because one way or another this film will be a severe financial failure, but Miller didn't make a bad movie. It may fall short of being spectacular or extraordinary, but it is a complete and enjoyable film.
