Review of Three O'Clock High (1987) by D M — 04 Sep 2009
One of the best 80s high school flicks I have seen. Everything was actually believable in how people acted and reacted. It wasn't "punched up" at all; it was much more typical of real-life.
Jeffery Tambor (Arrested Development) was great in his limited role, but most everyone else I did not recognize (which I think made it all that more enjoyable). Basically a decent student gets in altercation in the bathroom with the new tough kid.
The good student tries all means to get out of the 3:00 brawl, but ends up getting into more and more trouble, both with the school and the tough kid.
