Review of Three Came Home (1950) by Sanity Assassin ! — 27 Aug 2007
Very good drama about life in a slant-eye P.O.W. camp. the most touching moment being when the commanding officer takes some of the children home for some food and breaks down. claudette colbert was more than satisfactory in her role as the women taking care of child and seperated from her husband.
the one bit I either missed or didn't make sense of was that she was pregnant at the beginning wasn't she? did that just go away or what? maybe I was making a cup of tea when that bit was on. if anyone can fill me in then feel free to post me a comment.
