Three Billboards (2017) is a meandering romp through racism, arsony, rape, murder, suicide, and cancer. It has some of the strongest performances of the year and a purposefully impactful unsatisfactory ending.
Black humor is strong, mainly due to the characters. Overall good.. B+.
