Halfway through this film, I was ready to call it the best film of the year.
Three harmless forgettable billboards changed the life of the residents of Ebbing, Missouri for EVER.
Three Harmless billboards was expecting to bring chaos and revenge but instead brought compassion ,forgiveness and unexpected friendship.
