Review of Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017) by Matthew K — 22 May 2018
Frances McDormand well and truly stands out as a mother who seeks revenge for her murdered daughter; resorting largely to the 'actions speak louder than words' approach.
This film contains great cinematography; especially during the billboard scenes; and the storyline, which combines drama and black comedy, is complex yet rather straightforward so viewers like myself gain a clear understanding of the film which follows the meaning of its title.
