Review of Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017) by Brendan_Jwhite — 12 Dec 2017
Fantastic performances by Frances McDormand, Sam Rockwell and Woody Harrelson bolster a heartbreaking narrative full of dark humour by Martin McDonagh. The film sets an atmosphere which is hard to describe, but is found in some films of this year such as Wind River.
The audience is filled with such a high level of dread as the events of the film could occur in real life and many characters act happy despite their lives being anything but this.
