Deapite its charming 90's style editing and production, the screenplay is pretty poor, the characters never seem to exhibit depth beyond what the exposition heavy dialogue allows. Sadly the maguffin for which all the g-men hits are there to cover up is never revealed leading to us rooting for characters based on the short introductions they get.

Often felt like edits killed any tension that built up was handled poorly with sequences that felt to action oriented but it was still very watchable. If you like this genre there will be something here for you to enjoy.
