Review of Thor: The Dark World (2013) by Caz H — 13 Sep 2014

I really enjoyed this film however I didn't live up to the first Thor which plenty some brilliant humour with a fab plot and family angst. This second outing still covered the family emotion: Hiddleston's performance as Loki makes everything and various events intensify the messy feelings between Thor and those around him.

However it was lacking in some humour for me and the main action-based plot left me feeling a little cold and also confused at times. However I am still hooked enough to be eagerly anticipating a third venture.

I also, maybe controversially, think Hemsworth does a fairly good job of making a fairly bland central character engaging, especially when acting alongside the superlative Hiddleston.
