Review of Thor: The Dark World (2013) by Victor M — 16 Jul 2015
Thor: The Dark World Review.
Yet another MARVEL movie... You would think be now these movies would be generic and repeatitive, but they are always fresh, and new in interesting ways... Anyway, Thor: The Dark World while not being as good as its previous installment is still worth your time. It does a good job with representing itself, almost like a explosion from a Michael Bay film. It has a mediocre story, I will sum it up very quickly. Bad guy, Maliceth, wants revenge on the Asgard, so he decides to take one of the Infinity Gems, but later on he wants to destroy the world and Thor must stop him. Chris Hemsworth (Thor) and Natalie Portman's (Jane Foster) chemistry is great. And Tom Hiddleson (Loki) still stealing every scene he's in. Another thing I liked about this movie was how funny it was. Multiple scenes in this movie were hilarious, and there is no doubt that this movie will at least make you smile. At the end credit scene though I was like "DANG IT MARVEL!" But mostly everything in this movie was good except for a few thing here and there, like its story, villain, and some of it didn't make since. But the over all experience was worth it.
Thor: Dark World Rating: B-.
