Well, I am impressed! It's hard to believe that this film was a whole 80% improv. In fact, I can barely believe it. I saw this with my family and it left them in tears - in a comedic way. I loved the Doctor Strange's crossover (it was perfect). Ragnarok is a neon-infused fantasy of what superhero films could look like. There are gigantic monsters, zombie armies and a big spooky dog, an evil witch and Jeff Goldblum. The plot was based on a fan favorite comic story called Planet Hulk. In the comic, it started Beta Ray Bill (a horse and human hybrid of Thor) and of course Hulk. You can clearly see the difference. But he was referenced and nodded to quite a few times. They shared a few of the characters from the story. Unfortunately, they were unimportant to the story. It was not mostly comic book accurate.

I think they could've of made Thor: Ragnarok more relate to the Avengers 3 in the sense plot-wise like they had to find clues to who Thanos is (the antagonist of Avengers: Infinity War). The plot ran very smooth along. It wasn't confusing, it wasn't fast, it wasn't slow. It moved at the correct speed. Also, the Link between the God of Thunder and the Goddess of Death, his sister, scenes pushed together at the right speed as well. When Hulk spent his time in Skaar you'll see how much he has changed and how Bruce has become more vulnerable and how harder it is to control it. Special effect wise, the Hulk looks much better since the last time we saw him, which was Avengers: Age of Ultron. Introduced characters could have been developed a bit more. I loved the last final fight, it really Garfield-ed my lasagna. One huge thing that bugged me is that the big fire dude is actually called Surtur. And the title is named after a different Thor rascal. People may say they choked this film with jokes, but was that a bad thing.

I would age this 12 as for intensity, soft language, mild gore and sex few references.

Grade: A+.
