A good attempt but it just doesn't have enough steam to push us into the story. Too much time is spent on talking that we can't get into and actions scenes that make us want to refill our popcorn; and while the actors play their parts well they seem to only be doing the standard just to end another day of filming.

Also, bit of a forced and ironic way to create a villain. Probably shouldn't have build up your adoptive son's hopes Odin.
