Review of Thomas & Friends: Journey Beyond Sodor (2017) by Michael G — 22 Oct 2017

Our third annual trip to the cinema to see the latest Thomas release means a lot of excitement in our train obsessed household. My soon to be 5 year old is probably at the very top end of who this film is being aimed at, this is really for the pre-schoolers.

Some reviews have said this is too scary but I really didn't think so and none of the children at the screening seemed unduly bothered. This is a more by the numbers offering than some of the previous films but the songs are better this time around and it's as always a fun 70min-ish offering.

Thumbs up, we'll be back next year, if not with eldest son probably with the younger one! :).
